CONDITIONALS

A conditional sentence has two parts: a condition (if clause) and a result (main clause).

There are two possibilities in the order of the clauses in the conditional sentence:
  • If it rains, we will get wet
  • We will get wet if it rains
*We only use a comma in the first example.
